Before 1990, employed as a Graphic Designer/Art Director at Manpower International, the Kohler Company, and Milwaukee School of Engineering. Earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Graphic Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh in 1986. Also, served as an adjunct professor teaching Adobe Illustrator at Wisconsin Lutheran College.
